85km today, and 53km on Tuesday, so going well. The legs feel bit tired and my climbing improvement has flattened out but hopefully the long flat runs will kick in the improvement and a bit of weight loss too.
Last i peaked out with my most km's in a week with 229km although that was a lot flatter than usual, i plan to be breaking 250km each of the weeks, currently my average since march is 180km week so i should never be going under that.
I use the new bike mostly but plan to do more climbing on older bike as the extra weight should help me.
